Our reservation process is very simple. Select or enter the desired city, enter the dates of arrival and departure, and enter the number of guests. Click the Search Available Hotels (for only hotels which have vacancies). A list of hotels or self-catering will appear on the screen. For more information, click the name of the property or the Info link.

After room types and rates are returned to your screen, you will be able to choose the rate you desire by reading the room information in the centre of the screen, then clicking on the Book It button on the right side of the screen. After you have selected your desired room type, you will be taken to a Secure Reservation Request form. Then you will need to review the Reservation Information and fill in the blanks on the Guest Information section. Be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly. After you fill out all of the necessary information, press the Submit Reservation button. If further correspondence is necessary prior to confirming the reservation, a Customer Care agent will reply back to you with an email within 24 hours.

As soon as you've completed the booking process, a confirmation page will appear. This page shows all your reservation details, including the booking reference number. We'll also send you a confirmation email with all of your booking information.

Nope, no difference. If the hotel you've chosen is available, then online is the quickest way of making a booking. Any special requests you make online are sent to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed. If you have any additional questions or specific requests our Contact Centre Advisors are happy to help. All the prices you see online are the same as they are over the phone; you simply pay for the phone call.

Each hotel is different, but you'll find most accept all major credit/debit cards. However, some only take payment by cash or cheque – but don't worry, we'll tell you.

As confirmed at the time you booked your hotel, if you need to cancel your hotel reservation for any reason Bookit274 won't charge you a cancellation fee.

However the hotel you have booked may charge a fee depending on when you cancel. If you cancel before the deadline set by the hotel, generally you will not be charged a fee. Canceling after the deadline will result in a cancellation fee. Please note that some hotel reservations are non-refundable (often because they have special rates) and therefore cannot be cancelled after booking. For example, reservations of "Special Internet Rates" will incur cancellation fee regardless of when you cancel.

You can read the policy for your specific hotel in the confirmation email we sent to you at the time of booking or you can find it on the hotel information page.

Every room has a different policy set to it (by the hotel).

  • A non-refundable policy means that a fee will apply if you decide or make changes to your booking. In some scenarios it is totally non-refundable. In case of fees it is mentioned in the room conditions and in your confirmation.
  • Free cancellation means you can change or cancel your booking free of fees, if done within the time period set by the hotel. This is written in the room conditions and in your confirmation (for example "Cancel up to x days" or "Cancel before this date & time"

Yes, you can. Online, you can book up to 5 rooms on the same booking. If you need more than 5 rooms, please call our Customer Care Advisors on 0207 060 9810.

All rates are for double occupancy per room, and are quoted on a nightly basis unless otherwise specified. SOME RATES MAY REQUIRE SPECIAL IDENTIFICATION. Taxes and fees not included unless otherwise specified in the detailed Rate Rules. Extra people, children, roll-away beds and incidentals may be subject to additional charges.

No. The email confirmation you receive from Bookit247. is all you will need. It displays your Bookit247 Itinerary Number, the hotel information, the rate, confirmation number, and the hotel's cancellation policy.

A double room has one double/full bed and a Twin Room has 2 twin beds. If a room is called Double/Twin, it can be set up for either type. You can specify your bed-type preference in the "Special Requests" box during the booking process.
